Factory production runs 45–50 days after design confirmation. Shipping to Dubai takes approximately 3–4 weeks by sea. Total lead time from order confirmation to delivery is usually 10–12 weeks.
Can sizes, finishes, and materials be customised?+
Yes. All items are made-to-order. We customise dimensions to fit your floor plan, and finishes — wood tones, upholstery fabrics, stone surfaces, lacquer colours — are selected during the design consultation.
Is installation included?+
Installation is not included. We ship the furniture and provide detailed assembly drawings. You arrange installation with your own local team, giving you full flexibility on timing and cost.
Do you ship outside Dubai?+
