2. Our Services

Zorinia Design provides end-to-end interior design and furniture fit-out services for residential properties across the UAE, including design consultation, AI-assisted visualization, furniture sourcing, delivery, and installation. Information on this website — including package pricing, delivery timelines, and project examples — is provided for general guidance only. Final scope, pricing, and delivery dates for any project are confirmed in a separate written quotation or contract between you and Zorinia Design.

3. Quotes and Inquiries

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or private viewing request does not create a binding contract between you and Zorinia Design. A binding agreement is only formed once both parties sign a formal service agreement or purchase order. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but response times are not guaranteed.

4. AI Design Tool

Our AI design tool generates visualizations based on floor plans, photos, and preferences you upload. By using this tool, you acknowledge that:

• You have the right to upload the floor plan or photo you submit.
• Generated renderings are illustrative concepts only and may not perfectly reflect final dimensions, materials, colors, or the finished result of an actual project.
• We may retain uploaded images and generated outputs to operate, maintain, and improve the tool.
• The AI design tool is provided for inspiration and planning purposes and does not constitute a structural, architectural, or engineering assessment of your property.

5. Private Viewings

Requesting a private viewing of a show home does not guarantee availability. Viewing appointments are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp and may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion or the discretion of the property owner.

6. Pricing and Payment

Package prices, budget ranges, and delivery timelines referenced on this website (such as the "65-day" delivery promise) are indicative and based on typical project scope. Final pricing, payment schedule, and delivery dates are set out in your project's individual quotation or contract and may vary based on unit size, material selection, and site conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, project photography, logos, and the Zorinia Design brand — is owned by or licensed to Zorinia Design and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews displayed on our website are submitted directly by clients, collected via invitation, or sourced from third-party review platforms. Reviews reflect the individual opinions of the reviewers and do not necessarily represent the views of Zorinia Design.
