A restrained palette and low-profile, view-conscious furniture layout kept every sightline open to the skyline.

Quiet classic-contemporary luxury — cream marble, smoked oak and champagne gold — kept low-profile so the Burj Khalifa view stays the hero.
Project Story
When the view is the Burj Khalifa, the interior has one job: don't compete with it. This four-bedroom penthouse at The Address Residences needed quiet, timeless luxury that frames the skyline rather than fighting it.
We chose a refined classic-contemporary scheme — cream marble, smoked oak, champagne-gold detailing and silk drapery — in a restrained, low-profile palette that keeps sightlines open from every seat. Custom joinery conceals technology and storage so surfaces stay clean; layered, dimmable lighting lets the skyline glow through the glass at night. A full art and accessories package was curated and installed to complete the composition. Everything bespoke was produced in Foshan to exacting standards and installed within a disciplined fit-out.
Sixty-five days from sign-off, the owner returned to an understated, elegant home where the view is unmistakably the star. This penthouse can be viewed privately by appointment.
