Scope of Work
The Challenge
Create a recognisable Art Deco identity for a furnished-rental apartment without making every room visually heavy or difficult to maintain.
Our Solution
Focus higher-impact materials on the entrance, living-room feature wall and primary bedroom, then coordinate finish samples, joinery details and lighting specifications before Foshan production.
Our Approach
A Business Bay apartment interior design concept that concentrates emerald, brass, fluted oak and sculptural lighting in high-visibility zones while keeping the wider scheme durable and restrained.
Project Story
In a competitive Business Bay rental market, a distinctive interior still needs to be practical, maintainable and easy to reproduce accurately. This two-bedroom design study uses emerald accents, brushed brass, fluted oak and marble-effect porcelain in selected focal areas rather than across every surface.
The living-room feature wall, entrance and primary bedroom carry the strongest Art Deco references, while the remaining spaces use quieter neutral finishes. Zorinia’s scope covers design, furniture and joinery specifications, supplier coordination, factory follow-up, pre-shipment quality control and shipping preparation from Foshan.
The client appoints and manages its Dubai electrician, installation team and any building approvals. Zorinia supplies drawings, assembly information and remote technical guidance so the local team can plan the on-site work around the approved specification.
