We leaned into Art Deco glamour: deep emerald and brass, fluted oak joinery, marble-effect surfaces and sculptural lighting that turns each room into a shot. The drama is concentrated where it counts — the living room feature wall, the entry, the primary bedroom — while the rest stays clean and neutral so the spend works hard. Because the fluted joinery, wardrobes and furniture were produced factory-direct in Foshan, we delivered a genuinely high-end look at an investor-friendly cost.
