Scope of Work
The Challenge
Creating a warm, personal, characterful home — not a generic rental — while keeping the budget realistic.
Our Solution
Factory-direct bespoke joinery let us commission one-off, textured pieces at the price of mass-market furniture.
Our Approach
Layered bohemian-coastal texture — rattan, terracotta and handwoven textiles in a clay-and-sea-glass palette — for a warm, personal beachside home.
Project Story
Steps from the sand in JBR, this two-bedroom called for something with soul. Our clients — a creative couple — were tired of cookie-cutter rentals and wanted a home full of warmth, texture and personality.
We built a bohemian-coastal scheme layered with natural materials: rattan, oak, terracotta, handwoven textiles and a lot of greenery. An earthy palette of clay, cream and sea-glass green plays off the beach light, while custom shelving displays the couple's books, ceramics and travel finds. The bespoke pieces — the media unit, the headboard, the dining bench — were produced factory-direct in Foshan, letting us commission characterful, one-off joinery at a sensible price rather than settling for mass-market furniture.
Fifty-five days after sign-off, the couple moved into a relaxed, gallery-like home that finally feels like them.
