Project Story
Our clients had lived through one renovation before and never wanted to repeat it. For their new three-bedroom in Sobha Hartland they came to us for the opposite experience: a single team handling design, manufacturing and fit-out under one fixed price and one timeline.
We created a contemporary-luxury scheme that reads calm and expensive without feeling like a showroom. A book-matched marble media wall anchors the living room, warm walnut joinery wraps the entry and dining zones, and layered lighting — cove, pendant and accent — lets the mood shift from bright family mornings to soft evening entertaining. The kitchen was rebuilt with factory-direct cabinetry and quartz surfaces, saving the family close to 30% against Dubai retail for the same specification.
Every bespoke element was produced in Foshan while approvals ran in parallel in Dubai, then installed in a clean three-week fit-out. The result: a polished, durable family home delivered turnkey in 65 days.
