Delivering an entire 340 sqm villa to a high, cohesive standard within the a project-specific timeline coordinated promise.
Our Solution
Parallel off-site manufacturing of every room enabled a tightly sequenced three-week on-site interior furnishing with no gaps.
Our Approach
One warm modern palette — walnut, travertine and brass — carried across a whole villa, from a double-height majlis to a spa-style master suite.
Project Story
Furnishing an entire villa usually means months of coordinating designers, carpenters and furniture stores. Our clients wanted none of that. They handed us an empty 340 sqm villa in Arabian Ranches III and asked for a coordinated family interior with an itemised scope and agreed timeline.
We tied the whole house together with a warm modern palette: walnut, travertine, antique brass and soft bouclé. A double-height majlis makes a generous first impression, an open kitchen-and-family room becomes the heart of daily life, and a spa-style master suite offers the parents a retreat. The scale was the real test — but because every room's joinery, furniture and lighting was produced in parallel in Foshan, we could manufacture and ship the specified pieces for the entire villa on the agreed supply timeline.
On the agreed project timeline after sign-off the family moved into a home completed by the client's chosen local team using the approved design — furniture, art, lighting and accessories included. This villa is available for private viewing by appointment.
