With three young children, this family had a clear brief: elegant enough to be proud of, tough enough to actually live in. Their four-bedroom at Creek Rise needed to work as hard as they do.

We designed a transitional scheme — classic lines softened with modern warmth — in a palette of oatmeal, oak and muted blue. The living areas use performance fabrics and scrubbable finishes that shrug off spills; each child's room has built-in storage and a study zone that will grow with them; and a generous island kitchen becomes the family's daily hub. Because the joinery, wardrobes and furniture were produced factory-direct in Foshan, we furnished the entire home to a high standard while keeping the all-in cost sensible for a family.

Delivered turnkey in 65 days, the apartment now handles homework, playdates and dinner parties with equal grace.
